Mary was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect home. I dont know how she does it but she was always available, responding to emails, calls, and text messages from very early in the morning until late at night, and always very kindly. She has the rare ability to listen closely to what we were looking for and translate it into the right home recommendations for us. She was so generous with her time and very flexible. We trusted her completely and she was with us every step of the way, providing guidance and references, from the very beginning to weeks past our closing. And we were definitely challenging clients. We needed a move-in ready home within budget as quickly as possible. We were moving from Austin, TX to Pittsburgh with a baby and a toddler, and a very serious chronic health issue to contend with. Shes wonderfully compassionate and has the biggest heart. Mary did dozens of home tours using FaceTime video for us since we couldnt fly to Pittsburgh more than once throughout the entire process. She met our parents and other family at potential homes to show them in person. We signed the offer on our home electronically from Austin, without seeing it in person which is a huge step and a testament to how much we trusted Mary. The only time we flew home was for the home inspection, which Mary lined up for us. Mary even arranged for a family member to serve as a proxy at the closing of our home since we couldnt fly to Pittsburgh for it ourselves. The customer service Mary provided was exceptional. Weve been in our new home for a couple of months now and we couldnt be happier. This is our forever home and we couldnt have done it without Mary!

Mary was a true professional throughout the process. She was available , even late at night. She kept me informed throughout the process. She sold my Mother and sisters house . I would recommend Mary to a friend or colleague.
