My wife and I have used Mary quite a bit over the years. We have bought and sold several properties using her services. We even used her for a couple of rental properties. Each year we ask Mary to help with our dispute on property taxes--getting comps in the area etc, which would help case. She has come through every year saving us thousands of dollars in taxes. Mary Novitsky comes with my highest recommendation--she is great to work with and knows her stuff. I would not consider using another relator in the DFW area.
