Mary Palmes

I was born and raised in Statesville, North Carolina, on a farm with horses, cows, a big garden, and dogs. It made me who I am today -- a hard-working girl who never sits down until the job is done.After graduating with a BA degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University, I returned to Statesville and married Bob Palmes, vice president of marketing and business development with G L Wilson Building Company. He and I have 3 children: Robert, Kathryn and Thomas . Bob and I have lived all over Iredell County -- from Lake Norman waterfront property to the Downtown Historic District to North Iredell horse farm country. A few years ago, we have built a home in Shannon Acres.My passion is real estate, and I know this area like few others can. I love helping buyers and sellers in our community find or sell a home. Real estate is a way of life for me, and I put my clients needs before my own.
