We loved the Peacock team. We were new to buying a house and didn't really know what steps we had to take. They helped contact a lender and we had our loan within the same day. The process of buying our house took us 5weeks wich is fairly quick. It normally can take 6 to 8 weeks. I loved how they really went the extra mile to help us find our home and find a lender. We tried other Real Estate companies before Peacock and they just kept telling us to call back when we were approved for a loan. At that point we didn't know what steps to take.

Mary and her team had our house listed quickly and we had multiple offers.

Rockie was amazing! He was referred to us by our loan officer that spoke highly of him. Our experience was a bit different, as we were working through an assumption on our current home before we could move onto searching for a home. Through the entire process, Rockie kept us informed of new listings and went above and beyond with communication. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we weren't able to move forward with the assumption, however, we look forward to working with Rockie in the future and highly recommend him!

Peacock reality really helped us close on our first house. They listened to what we wanted and didnt try to sell us on anything we didnt want. I would recommend any new homebuyer to look into what they have, they will work through the whole process and help you understand everything you need to know.

I tried for years and several realtors to sell my property and felt that no one up there had any real interest in selling it for so little return (to them). Ten percent on land under $15000 isn't as good for the bottom line as eight percent of a $250K home. However Mary's team never made me feel that they weren't totally in my corner and working hard to sell my lot for me. I did not get as much as I had asked, or what it was worth, but I am glad they were able to sell it for me when no others were able to do so.
