Mary Preheim

I both bought and sold my home in a space of four years with Mary Preheim. 2014-2018. It could not have gone smoother getting into the home and when I was ready to sell(moved out of state) she took care of the sale while I was a thousand miles away. There is no one better than Mary Preheim. If every professional took their profession as serious the world would be a better place. I'm happy I found her for real estate.

Mary and her team were amazing. I sold and bought a home within 2-3 months. Was not expecting that at all. They were their for us from beginning to end and are still making sure we are doing great in our new home after we already moved in. Can't say enough good things about them. Definitely recommend Mary and her team to help in selling and buying your home.

My house was listed 3 months prior to Mary and I never knew what was happening. I could never get answers. Mary has kept me informed and actually sold my house a week after she listed it. Love their team approach. Karen was on top of all the paperwork. They get things done and that was important to me.

Mary Preheim and her team at the Preheim group were amazing. We were selling and buying under tight deadlines which they worked diligently to hit. They answered all our questions and we never felt pressured with anything. Her whole team was always available for our needs including Giovanni and Karen, they were a delight to deal with. When needed I will be calling them again for any future real estate needs.
