She nearly sabotaged the closing process with her histrionics and insistence on refusing to grant any ground or be understanding of the inevitable hiccups in the process. She was nerve wracking to work with once the offer had been made and accepted. It's our feeling that she was trying to kill the deal hoping for a buyer who would pay more. I would never use her again. Her threats were NOT welcome.

She seemed eager to foil the deal at all opportunity. Including when we had to e-sign paperwork by the next day and she did not send the document until 11:56 pm. She consistently ridiculed our loan rep., though he was available whenever we needed assistance. I do not recommend this additional headache!

Sent a contract with a deadline of midnight at 11:56 PM.She did Nothing to assist us from the begining told us where the key was hidden! Met her in person for the firs time during final walkthrough!

Mary did everything she could to sabotage the sale, including not sending the papers for us to sign until 4 minutes before midnight the day they were due. She constantly found reasons to complain and threaten to stop the sale. Our title company told us she has a history of causing drama during her interactions.

In all my years of real estate investing I have never met anyone, who was as insulting, condescending, rude and bordering on dishonest in my & my agent's interactions with her. And because we did not want to agree to her terms, instead of negotiating, she began threatening, stating I had made an "error". This woman threatened my real estate agent with action! I have compassion on unsuspecting people. This is why I'm completing this review . Stay away from this woman until she gets the professional help she needs and I'm not talking about just real estate. Mary, you should be ashamed of yourself for your bullying tactics.
