Mary Kae was a tremendous help to us in locating and negotiating the purchase of our home. Having purchased and sold many homes, I can say that this purchase was not as easy as most due in large part to the lack of professionalism on the part of the seller's agent. Throughout the process, Mary Kae maintained a high level of professionalism in representing our interests. She never suggested a quick compromise in the interest of moving on to her next sale (as some agents do) and, in the end, she was able to help us purchase the home at the right price for today's market.
