We worked with Allie Payne to buy our new condo in Evanston. In my opinion, here are the best things about working with her: 1. Frequency of communication: we were first time home buyers and Allie gave us plenty of updates throughout the process. It helped with our nerves. 2. List of recommended partners for other aspects of home buying, such as home inspectors and real estate attorneys. We went with her recommendations and had wonderful experiences. 3. Personality: Allie was professional, down to earth, and fun to work with.
