Mary Weller

My experience with Mary Weller has been amazing. Doing this from 1,200 miles away was hard enough as it is. It took two trips from my home in GA to find the perfect house in Mankato. The first day I was there in August, I was very unsure about even liking it there until Mary picked me up at my hotel and took me to her favorite local coffee shop (which I fell in love with). We spent the whole day looking at houses that she had scheduled ahead of time, based on all of my requirements. She was very organized and I never felt any kind of pressure from her to pick just anything. By the end of that first day, being around Mary, and talking to her all day, actually calmed my fears of moving and helped me see that I really did like Mankato. She’s so down to earth yet professional at the same time, it was exactly what I needed to help me overcome the fear of leaving all of my family and moving so far away. In between the two visits that it took to find our new home, Mary communicated with me very regularly thru talk, text, and email, about new listings coming up and also treated me like a real friend. She’s precise, and does exactly what she says and when she says she will do it. She went the extra mile for us in every way, and honestly I’ve never seen this type of service from any other agent before. In closing, I would also like to mention that she has even helped me with advice on moving companies and so much more to help my move be as easy as possible. I just can’t say enough about Mary Weller to really explain how different she is from the rest. She really cares and it shows. These days so many people are only out for themselves and I can pick up on that from being around someone in just a few short minutes. She has such a gift of caring and compassion that I felt it right when I met her. I highly recommend her for anyone that contacts you needing a home or wanting to sell their home in that area.
