Maryann Angus

Very satisfied. We are Canadians that enlisted Maryann to sell our cabin at Mt Baker. We did not get to return to our cabin at all with the border closures and we were able to rely on her for all the myriad of details to make the sale happen. Her local knowledge and connections were instrumental in arranging property clean up, house cleaning, septic inspection, photos etc. She did it all - her follow through was excellent -she promptly returned every call we made to her. Upon closing she connected us with a US accounting firm and continued to liaise with them until every last detail was completed. We started the process in August last year and in a little over 2 months she had wrapped it up from start to finish! It doesn’t get any better than that! Thank you Maryann!! Lesley & Garry Deaust
