Very knowledgeable about home values and obtaining a mortgage. She also was really on top of things and had many helpful ideas when searching for areas and neighborhoods to do a home search. She was very nice to work with and I have recommended her to several friends and relatives.

I had listed my property with Vegas One Realty on July 21, 2020. They had not brought any buyers, no phone calls, no adds, NOTHING. I was the ONLY ONE, who showed my condo through my HOA. I decided to cancel/delete my listing. Had called and emailed Realtor Maryann Dingman on August 5, 2020 to "REMOVE MY LISTING from the MLS and other websites COMPLETELY". On August 15, 2020 I received an email from Maryanne Dingman that: She (Maryanne Dingman and Broker Thomas Leigh) finished SIGNING and the LISTING is WITHDRAWN COMPLETELY from the MLS. Today, October 8, 2020 I found out that the LISTING is STILL ON MLS, not withdrawn !!! I called Realtor Maryann Dingman few times, left messages, texted her and called her office BUT THEY DO NOT ANSWER MY CALLS, DO NOT REPLY, IGNORING ME !!! Today, October 8, 2020 I called NRED and spoke with Daryl McCloskey to HELP ME.
