My closing was rescheduled seven times and the one thing that made this nightmare bearable was Maryann Spearman. She was always upbeat and energetic everyday I worked with her. She showed me emerald homes and whenever I needed to schedule an appointment to see a home she was lightning quick at setting it up for me. One big plus was her knowledge of the areas I was interested in living. She was able to provide recommendations on the many neighborhoods that she and I had a chance to see. On several occasions she was able to stear me in a different direction because of my inexperience in cities like Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, and Tarpon Springs. I always appreciated how quickly she returned all of my calls morning, noon, or night. One of her biggest assets was her sense of humor. Knowing what a difficult job Maryann has it amazed me that she could always be upbeat and positive in any situation. Maryann Spearman is truly a rare breed but was certainly a breath of fresh air. If ever there is a need to buy another house I would not consider anyone else and I will make sure anybody I know who is interested in purchasing a home work only with Maryann. I can honestly say I don't have one negative thing to say about her.....she was that good. It was a pleasure having her as my realtor now and anytime the future.
