My wife and I worked with a number of realtors on our months long journey to find a new home. It was very difficult market for buyers which forced us to look at very wide range of homes both geographically and in terms of price point. After starting without a realtor of our own by just contacting agents local to whatever town we were looking in we came to work with Maryanne. It soon was obvious that Maryanne was by far the best realtor we worked with and after that we stopped working with any other agents and worked exclusively with her. Maryanne was willing to meet us with minimal notice to show us things as they came to market or came to our attention. She was always looking at listings and communicating with us about them. She stuck with us through probably at least two dozen showings and offers on four different houses until ultimately we found exactly what we were looking for and were able to put together a winning bid. Maryanne was incredible. She presented a portfolio of how she would present our house for sale and the price point based off extensive research. She guided us on what needed to happen up to the point of going to market and kept us on our timeline to market. With all the planning and preparation we had over 25 set appointments before our house even want on the market. It was no surprise our house had numerous offers and went under contract in just over 72 hours of it hitting the market. Maryanne kept us up to date through the Contingency period and even presented us with other offers during that short time. When we went to Pending Maryanne provided us a detail list of what we needed to to close in the timing we had 28 days! Every twist and turn and question we had were answered within minutes.
