They say that buying/selling a home can be one of the most stressful life experiences one can have. I'd have to agree. I'd also have to say, thank god for Missy Iemmello. Missy helped our family both sell a home and buy another in Randolph over a 3 month period, most of of which was pretty much smooth sailing and not really an accurate gauge of her abilities as a broker, until......the dreaded final few weeks.
