When we were searching for a home to buy in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, I actually found Marykay using her Zillow reviews. We were not disappointed. Marykay met with us the next day to understand our preferences. She arranged immediately for us to visit homes we were interested in, and when we left Florida, she walked us through homes using FaceTime. Once we found our home, Marykay handled everything "soup to nuts". If you can think of something you expect your realtor to do, she did it. She was attentive to every need in the entire process, always taking the extra step. We couldn't be happier with Marykay, or of the outcome of our purchase. She's the best, and we would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home in Pinellas County.

Amazing realtor. Simultaneously MaryKay negotiated the best sale price for our house we owned while finding another perfect home and negotiating a great price. These houses were on different coasts and this only added to the wonderful experience we had with her. She made our buying and selling process as easy as possible and with little stress. She knows the real estate market in the local area and is very responsive. We started looking into buying an investment property a almost year ago and MaryKay had the patience to stand by our side and guide us to purchase the perfect property for our needs. She is also backed up by a great team that will work with the seller (in our case), and with you for financing, insurance, home/condo owners associations, home inspections, and title services to close the deal. Once we finally decided to buy, we were able to successfully close in less than a month, which included securing a loan.
