Hello, I've been a licensed realtor since 2015 when I got into the business just before graduating from UCONN with a bachelors degree in communications. In my first 3 years I worked primarily with first time home buyers until 2018 when I shifted focus to the REO sector. REO is an industry term for bank-owned and corporate-owned houses; These specialized types of listings demanded that I broadened my skill set to touch on more parts of the real estate industry. These skills included property management/preservation, value estimation, identifying good investment properties, and rehabilitating properties amongst other skills. During my time in the REO field I also gained expertise in short sales to help homeowners with underwater mortgages cut ties with such properties. In 2021 I returned to Complete Real Estate to help develop my family's business with the skills I've picked up over the years. I want to do that by helping you with your real estate needs, whether that's buying, selling, or both.
