Gosh. I don’t even know where to start. Mathew is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. One of the first things that he told me when we viewed my first house was that he was going to get certified in negotiations because he wanted to obtain the skill set necessary to best advocate for his clients. I was immediately impressed with his perseverance, grit, advocacy, and dedication. All of these vital skills were vital in keeping things afloat during this crazy process of homebuying. We had a lot of ups and downs along the way and even when I became discouraged, Matt always remained optimistic and persistent, which lifted me up in good spirits. He never gave up and sought to get me the best deal possible for the home that I loved. As an attorney, I became quite impressed with his ability to negotiate especially seeing that he hadn’t gone to law school or received any extensive training in that area. Further, he was always available! There were so many points during my transaction that I freaked out and I needed to know what was going on. He was available and finding answers for me each time, on time. Although I was not his only client, it sure felt like I was. Lastly, Matt’s personality is infectious. He is a very upbeat, straightforward person and his only interest is his client’s interests. I viewed multiple homes and he told me his honest opinion, regardless of whether he thought it would dissuade me from buying the house. He is truly an honest and kindhearted person. I cannot stress enough Matt’s level of advocacy for me, his optimistic nature, and his attention to detail which proved to be valuable in negotiations. I have recommended him to my friends and family for whom I care about deeply and will continue to do so. I also plan on purchasing a vacation property and have decided to use him for that transaction. He made a process that is stressful by nature less stressful and light-hearted. He is definitely an advocate that you want on your team.

I had been speaking with a different realtor and she didn't seem terribly interested in helping find what I was looking for. I called Mathew about a condo he had listed. After speaking with me for a brief period of time, he was honest and said he didn't think the condo I was inquiring about was a good fit for me. I so appreciated his honesty. I'm relocating from one side of the state to the other and after that, I knew I could trust him. He's a very positive person, he's motivated but never pushy. He always answer texts and phone calls or promptly returns (a rare) missed call. He has excellent communication skills, both in the way he conveys information in an easy to understand way and he always kept me updated and informed. He has positive energy and a great attitude. He went above and beyond, as I said I'm not in the same town he is and he (on his own) offered to go to some homes for sale and take videos for me. He told me he could help me find what I was hoping for and he was right. After I made an offer on a home, and it was accepted and we were waiting for the process to proceed to closing, he called just to check on me. He's knowledgeable and kind. He is authentic and was a pleasure to work with (and honestly, I'm not always a person that enjoys people). I would highly recommend Mathew to anyone and everyone.
