Matt Bohanon

Matt Bohanon started his Real Estate career at the age of 21. With a strong focus on learning how to sell, prospecting and presenting, Matt quickly became the top agent in his office. After selling 23 homes in his first year in the business, he was sought out by one of the largest Keller Williams firm in Florida to manage one of their offices. After recruiting over 100 agents and managing nearly 1500 transactions a year, He stepped down to form House Match. That team is now composed of over 10 agents selling over 200 homes a year. From his years of experience, trial and error, Matt has learned the best practices for taking a real estate business from 0-100 homes sold in just a few years and making his Agency as successful as possible. In his spare time Matt enjoys golf, distance running and spending time with his dog Loki.
