This was the best experience of a home sale to date. Very friendly very helpful and love the weekly updates. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor.

Matt and Shalin were recommended to me by a co-worker at least a year prior to using them for our recent home purchase. She is very particular and said they met her every need. Well, she was right. They are the best. They help us out every step of the way. They stayed in constant communication with us and our lender. They even lent a hand contacting the "agent" used to sell our home when he wouldn't return our calls. The knowledge of the area and the process are excellent I would not recommend any one else. It was a pleasure working with Matt and Shalin throughout our entire home buying journey. Before we started looking at homes they informed us how the process would go. During the search they were beyond attentive to the market conditions and home options. With each listing we were interested in they were prepared immediately for showings and always provided those extra details to help us make decisions. Once we finally found a home, they were thorough with exactly how we should present the offer and made sure that we were prominently placed in front of the seller during the competitive process. We were the type of buyers that asked a ton of questions and they happily answered each one and made us feel more comfortable throughout the process.

Both shalin and Matt really know what they are doing and they will have your best interest at hand I do not believe that they are even concerned about there commission more than they are concerned about getting you a home the you not only want and like but one that you want to live in and call home for me and my wife they went above and beyond what you would expect an agent to do and they seem to really care and they work for use while out of town on there vacation to make sure that we were taking care of and not screwed over buy some one that just wanted to sell there junkie old house I would recommend if you are looking for agents that will work for you and not a pay check and fight for you every step of the way and continue to do so if there are any questions or concerns or problems after the the fact and not say ok we got paid peace out then you really want to call shalin and Matt.

Being new to Surprise AZ, Matt Caren was recommended to us as a realtor that would find the house you were looking for. Being out of state Matt opened a portal for just us with the criteria that we presented to him. We spent hours looking at the homes that he put on the web site and continued to add. We selected 10 which Matt made appointments for us to see as well as some we could just enter as they weren't occupied. We flew into town and spent one entire day looking a homes. The home we selected from the portal was not the one that we originally picked out, but knew it was the one the moment we walked in, and in fact went back to see again the same day (this home was occupied and the owner willing left again). We put an offer on this home that day, and Matt suggested an amount lower than what we came up with, so we took his advice and submitted his suggestion. Of course it was countered, and we accepted the counter, which was lower than what we had originally thought of. The entire process from there was all done via e-mail and went smoothly. We were in the house the day promised with no surprises. We truly want to thank Matt and Shalin for all of their help and concerns for their clients.
