Matt Davidson

Matt is a Southwest Missouri Realtor who believes real estate is ultimately a relationship business. He’s known for honest advice, strong communication, and a willingness to tell a buyer, “Nope. Get back in the car,” when a house simply isn’t right. Before real estate, Matt spent 14 years teaching theatre, which turned out to be surprisingly good preparation for negotiating, problem-solving, working with all kinds of personalities, and staying calm when a transaction suddenly becomes a three-act drama. He’s also a professional photographer, giving his sellers a trained eye for presentation and marketing. Outside of real estate, Matt is an animal lover, golfer, theatre devotee, avid traveler, reader and enthusiastic home cook. He believes the best way to understand a place is to experience how people actually live there—preferably over a good meal. Whether buying or selling, his philosophy is simple: answer the phone, tell the truth, protect the client’s interests, and remember there’s a person behind every transaction.
