I started my home search last year, and definitely floundered a bit trying to look on my own-there's a ton of things that they Really don't teach you in school, unless you're lucky enough to have parents who have owned property and have experience to share (I wasn't). I was introduced to my realtor Kathy by a mutual friend, she steered me in a good direction-I was turning my nose up to condos but it turned out to be the right fit for me and within weeks we found the perfect condo, and in 24 hours I close! It's been a process with the condo being under renovation While we began the closing period, but Kathy and her coworkers have been an incredible help keeping things on schedule and keeping me in the loop in what's going on, making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

We bought and sold properties with Kim. She was great to work with and super responsive! She had professionals to recommend for fixes/services we needed along the way. She always communicated exactly what we needed to do when for a very streamlined, problem free experience. We will definitely recommend her to our friends and family!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Toika Collida and DRG.
