Let me start by saying I am a very picky and frugal person. I had a very specific idea of the type of house I would be interested in. Team Lamontagne was very understanding and patient during the process of looking at numerous houses. At the time of sale Team Lamontagne made the process easy through their experience by already having qualified and experienced subcontractors ready to perform the necessary legal and investigative work (i.e. Inspections, appraisal, loan application). Very impressed with Matt and Gena's professionalism and knowledge. After putting the restrictions that we wanted to stay in the same school district they went to work and found us listing after listing, some days before they hit the market. When we finally found our dream home which happened to be in the middle of a short sale, Matt and Gena went to work and jumped through all the extra hoops that it entails. You hear a lot of long drawn out short sales but not this one. We were signed and moved in under 40 days. While all that was going on they sold our house as well in perfect time.
