"Being quite new to the Chicago Real Estate Market, we really didn't know where to begin. My brother introduced us to Matt (as he has recommended him and used him a few times to buy property before) After our initial introduction via email, Matt met with us and provided 45 minute overview on the market and everything to expect from offer to close. What I appreciated most was that Matt didn't pressure us at all to use him as an agent or to buy right away from our initial meeting.
