When I chose Matt Lupton from a total Realty Concept; it was on a referral from my insurance broker who had just had a great experience herself using Total Realty Concept.My relationship started out at the beginning of the Pandemic; he always made time for all my concerns and he always made suggestions for me to lower my own stress and improve the overall experience $$$. Yes Matt Lupton worked with me to get me , my maximum price. In these trying times, it has been difficult to navigate through ever changing rules/ qualifying offers. He was relentless: when one sale didnt work he got us multiple offers. He directed us to the most profitable one and the safest one.I only have great words for this experience professional. In Matt Lupton I trust......he delivers on what he promises.From start to finish it was a marathon, as a Canadian seller not allowed to travel; there were many hurdles for him as the Broker and me as the seller. He always gave an answer when he could and when he didnt have an answer.....he informed himself and then gave the appropriate response. He even assisted the buyers broker(financing) to complete the sale.Great guy, experienced.....professional & delivers on promises. I would use him again 100%.

Matt is an awesome realtor. Got us more money than we expected and got us good offers in 7 days. He is very honest and gave us great advice on how to get our house ready to sell. Also able to help us get some things fixed that needed to be done before we sold the house (Plumbing and roof issue). I would highly recommend him!!
