Selecting Matt as our Realtor was one of the best decisions we've ever made. We were new to the Charlotte area, and he was able to answer all of our questions. We could not have had a better realtor/home buying experience than we had with Matt Morano. We live 500 miles from Charlotte so we needed a realtor who could help us even though we were so far away. Matt was always super responsive by email, text, or voice. We also had a zoom call to get to know each other and so he could determine exactly what we were looking for. When we found a condo online that we were interested in seeing, Matt went to the condo and filmed a video for us. He included his thoughts about the condo and the area in which it was located. Matt Morano is personable and works diligently to ensure that your home has the best advertisement to spark lots of interest. Even during a pandemic we had 16 showings and five offers within a day! We accepted an offer that was $5000 over asking by the end of the first day of showings! Matt did an excellent job with marketing our home.
