Matt is entirely unprofessional. In this case he was the owner and representing himself as a realtor. Things started out alright in the process. He was pretty open to just about anything. Had the contact drafted by my realtor and he signed with no issues. When it came time for his actually to execute the agreed upon repairs, he became more incompetent than a second grader. Suddenly he felt like he could just do whatever cheap, non-contractual fix he felt like and left me to constantly monitor anything he said he was going to do in the first place. When it came time to sign over the title on the day I was supposed to take procession (per the sales contract), I went and got everything set up first thing in the morning. Matt, on the other hand, while being responsive to messages from the title agent and my realtor, intentionally refused to sign until the very last minute, meaning that the recorder had no time to file and I would not formally have possession until the next day. If you can avoid Matt, I would. He’s too close to his work, unreliable, and unable to comprehend and execute simple and laid out tasks.
