"Annie did a miracle for us in finding the perfect lot and a wonderful builder in Star. She met us in May 2020 on our first visit to Idaho and in just a few days figured out who we are and what we wanted. We made an offer on a house that we were unable to follow through on because our house took too long to sell. Annie continued to search for a house and/or lot for us and over a FaceTime call, we saw the lot, the area, and made the deal. Annie worked with us tirelessly to make the changes to the plans, made suggestions that to this day we continue to remark about how much they have improved the house layout. The attention to detail and follow-through was excellent and we credit her with our complete satisfaction in both the area and the house. We cannot recommend her highly enough."
