I can't say enough good things about Danny, Matt, Mandi, and everybody else at Realteam. We first met Danny 9 months ago when we were just thinking about selling. Danny was great at keeping in touch and did a great job educating me about the best price and time to list and buy. I admit I probably asked him more questions than anybody else but he understood it was for a major purchase and life decision and he was very patient with me. I should have put more trust in Danny. He knows his stuff!! He has an excellent handle on the market. I was afraid I would be stuck with my house for several months, but it sold in a week! Danny was always immediate to answer my questions and he made it feel like I was his only, and most important client.Before we listed/sold, we used Matt to buy our new house. Matt is a workhorse. I don't think Matt knows the definition of time. He worked so hard for me and made sure we got the house we wanted and kept me up to date. It didn't matter if it was weekends or close to midnight, he was always proactive to give us houses to choose from, and giving us updates. He also showed a lot of confidence educating our for sale by owner seller about what a realistic offer would come in at. When I probably would have made a full list offer because I wanted the house so badly, Matt was very prepared showing the seller recent comps and the reason why behind our offer. He was very comfortable having negotiations, when most people would probably back down.Mandi was also great. She helped get all the paperwork ready and she was also very detailed and organized.Danny also supplied us with access to their preferred lender, and home inspection service. We used them for our transactions as well...all around great service from them too.Overall, Realteam didn't seem like a company, they seemed like a family friend. My wife and children were all very comfortable dealing with Realteam. This was especially important to me. When we came in to close on both houses, it felt like we were surround by our new friends.
