Matthew Berg

Absolutely the most unprofessional realtor I have ever encountered. I can't help but wonder if his client even knew she had an offer on her home. Mr. Berg did not respond to our offer , emails, or phone calls, until several days after it expired. He contacted our agent who explained that due to lack of response from him, that we were submitting an offer for another home. He asked for one day to present our offer to his client. We held off the offer for the other house to give him the time he asked for. Needless to say, he didn't bother once again to return phone calls from us, or to any of our emails wondering if our offer was accepted or not. He gets a fail.

My wife and I are very happy with how Mr. Berg took care of us. He took his time to explain every document, and all aspects of the sale. After interview a handful of agents we realized that most agents are full of BS, and we didn’t find that with Mr. Berg. He was honest almost to Honest, to a point that if we bought into the other’s BS he might not have gotten the listing. My wife and I do recommend Matt Berg.

Matt was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped my family and I buy our forever home. Highly recommend him and will use him in the future for our vacation home needs.
