Matthew Chapman accomplished an amazing feat of successfully marketing our family home as an Estate sale in less than 48 hours. My brother already had a reasonable offer from a builder expiring at the end of that week. Matt brought us an offer within 2 days that netted an extra $100K, with 3X the down payment and more importantly closing within the month, rather than 3 months. He won over my brothers and we were able to close at what turned out to be the peak of the market. Matthew has been nothing short of amazing before, during, and after the home buying process.My family and I were recently moving from out of state, we were confined to our apartment (with two young children) due to the pandemic, but we still needed to move.
