Matthew Cohen

Matthew has been a licensed Managing Broker since 2009. Upon graduation from The Loyola University of Chicago’s Masters of Business Administration program with a concentration in Finance, he worked for what was then known as Chicago Apartment Finders (CAF). In his role at CAF, Matthew was responsible for executing brokerage services in the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of multi-family and other residential as well as commercial assets owned by CAF. Matthew underwrote, negotiated, and facilitated the closing of $100M in assets in the first two years of his career at CAF. During that time, he developed a network of brokers, lenders, and attorneys from which he originated new acquisitions.
