Matthew Dunn

I have to say Matthew Dunn is the best real estate agent that I ever worked with. My husband and I were looking for an investment property in Sacramento area last May and we were so fortunate to find Matt online. We told Matt what we were looking for and Matt right away sent us different listings that met our budget and criteria. Matt helped us look for properties, answered our questions and emails instantly, he even went above and beyond offering to preview properties for us, sent us pictures and gave us live online video tours because we were 2 hours drive away from San Francisco. It only took 2 months to find our ideal property and closed escrow. Matt is very knowledgeable of the area he works in and he is very professional. We have recommended Matt to other buyers and will definitely continue to do so.
