Matt was the best in helping us sell our home. His initially sit down with us provided realistic expectations as well as explaining the current market was helpful and informative. He then provided his expectations of our entire process, in terms of timeline and showings. His predictions for those where spot on. With accurate market analysis, our house was under contract by the end of week 2. We are recommending him to friends and family because of how easy it was to work with him and his insight.

He made sure that we were the first one to give bids on the properties.If a new property did show up in the market, we visited that house with him. Also, there were days when we had to visit six houses in a day or 12 houses in two days, but Mathew made sure we visited every house with him. It was our first home, but Mathews help made it seem very easy.We are new to Tampa and buying a home in warm weather is different than purchasing a house in cold weather. Also, things work differently in the state of Florida as compared to other places so there were many tricks of the trade which we didn't know before, Mathew helped us getting up to par with home purchasing knowledge. If I have to buy a new house again, Mathew will be my first choice, and if someone asks me, I'll recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home
