Recently I was tried to buy a house and during entire process Matt was very helpful. He planned each tour very well. He set up alerts for possible match listings on Compass app. He helped me get pre approved. Every time he showed me houses he always had notes printed for me. He was always available via txt and email. Though i did not buy a house due to domestic issues, Matt was always there as a friend a guide and great help. I would highly recommend him, he is a pro in his field.
