Started trying to sell my house with a different realtor. After 3 weeks I had no calls about my house. Listed it with Matt and it sold within 4 days. When buying my new house, we ran into several issues with getting financing because a portion of the property was leased. Matt was able to come up with a solution to all of those problems quickly. If it wasn't for him I don't think I would have been able to purchase the house.
