I had just relocated back to CT and was looking for a home in a great school system. Matt introduced us to one of his buying specialists and she steered us towards homes with the features we were looking for in the school districts we were interested in. We looked at homes in a variety of styles and price ranges to get an idea of what was available and what we could compare to. Our timeline was tight and the team kept in daily contact with us via email, text and phone to discuss all searchable options (inventory was low as we were searching in the winter). The house we bought came on the market and Matt's team was on it from the moment it was listed! With all of The Miale Team's resources the closing process was simple from finding a mortgage lender, an attorney and an inspector. The Miale Team made finding a home as stress-free as we could imagine given the deadlines we were up against.
