Buying out of state is hard, especially not knowing the area well. Matthew went above and beyond showing us several homes with only a days notice and did virtual walk throughs on ones we didn't have time to see. Very knowledgable about the area and has great communication skills, getting back to us very quickly. Definitely recommend!
