Matt did a great job showed me many homes and a few lots over the past few years. Very knowledgeable and patient in the process. I made one purchase with Matt so far and I plan more... I wouldnt use anyone else.

Matt is an excellent agent. He was extremely responsive, and I always got super fast responses to emails, texts or phone calls (that is, if he didn't answer the phone immediately, which he usually did). He really took the time to talk through our options with us and answer all our many questions about buying a home, and he provided very useful feedback on the various properties we saw (telling us what would have best resale potential, whether something was overpriced, what was likely to appreciate fastest, etc.). Would definitely work with him again.

I am a difficult person in general, Mr. Prowant was able to not only find us a house, but negotiated an amazing price and remained calm and helpful in the midst of our many issues with the builder and lender .
