When I was looking for a real estate agent, efficiency was important. I wanted to work with someone who would work around our schedule, who was quick, to the point. After speaking to a few other agents, I came across Matt who was the only agent that showed extreme interest and persistence. His entire team quickly exceeded our expectations. All of the people he recommended for mortgage broker, lawyer and inspector were top notch with reasonable cost. Matt is great in returning phone calls. I don't think I ever waited longer than 30 minutes for a return phone call or a return email. I know he works for a pretty successful office, but I always felt like I was their only client which felt like they had all the time in the world to work with me. Not only were they really easy to get a hold of, and willing to accommodate our obscene schedule, they were a down to earth, and fun team as well. Matt displayed an amazing amount of patience in lightheartedly responding and giving me the straight talk. His timing and humor were much appreciated to break up any tension or stress of the process. I'd recommend their staff to anyone I knew who was looking for an agent.

Matt and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Had our home listed with another agency with no success. From the date we listed with Matt and his team we had two offers in a week's time and signed a contract a few days later. Matt is very knowledgeable, easy to deal with, returns calls and emails quickly, and is very persistent. We are now working with him to find us a new home. We're sure he'll find us our "dream home" soon.

After a long, unsuccessful experience with another realtor, I was very hesitant to use another realtor. But thank GOD, I found Matt!! Matt, was so responsive and attentive even when on vacation. He made sure my questions and inquiries were handled right away. He is the very reason why I was able to purchase my home. Matt evaluated our property which had been previously listed with another broker, but had no activity. He gave us a realistic price and a marketing strategy. I knew very little about buying a home. In my home search Matt found me. He knew what I was looking for before I even knew what I was looking for. Again knowing very little about buying a home Matt was full of information from searching for the right home, the right area, the right price. He also pointed us in the right direction when we found the right home and referred us to an excellent Mortgage Company, Attorney and Home Inspector. Matt was very tentative. He always touched base with us almost daily even if it was just to check in and see if we needed anything or had any question. My wife and I met Matt at our first open house as first time buyers. Since our initial meeting over 3 months ago, we are a few weeks away from closing on our first house that Matt found for us. Through the process, Matt has been very helpful, patient and was available at all times to answer any questions and concerns we had. We met Matt (Matthew Rowack) at an open house in early April 2015. The house he was showing then did not meet our requirements, and later he agreed to help us in our search for a ranch in Central Jersey. This was in April 2015, and we started on a process of searching for houses online, looking at the listings Matt sent us. We would sort through the lists and short-list the ones we thought would meet our specifications. He was very considerate of our work-schedules and managed to organize home viewings during the weekends. He sent us very accurate price estimates, along with comparable houses in the neighborhood. The best thing about Matt- he respected our time and showed us only those which fitted our criteria. He was always polite, and allowed us to rate a house we just viewed, rather than imposing his view(s) on us. By the first week of June 2015, we had viewed a house we wanted to make an offer on. Matt worked very promptly on getting the offer together, negotiating with the seller's agent and ultimately, seeing to it that we didn't face any needless worries regarding the entire paperwork. We had heard stories from friends and family that house-buying would take the greater part of a year. Our experience with Matt was really nice and pleasant and within three months of meeting Matt, we are now ready for our house-closing! Matthew Rowack helped us sell our home and purchase a new one, both in Piscstaway NJ. He always made himself available to us, and was flexible on working around our hectic schedules.
