I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell. While we purchased with Matt, we met him at an open house and I could tell that he was diligent and doing everything he could for the seller. Matt is a straightforward agent that went above and beyond for us. Not being from the area, he was sure to tell us as much as he could about the properties we were looking at and the surrounding area, even going as far as recommending local restaurants! He was honest and told us if a property was on a busy street, had an undesirable easement, or anything else that might affect us. Matt respected our wish list in a home and he did not try to push anything else on us. Let me tell you, that is hard to find. I truly appreciate the work that he put in for us and how thoughtful he was about what we wanted out of a home. Now we have the home we were looking for, but if there comes a time when we want to sell, I'll be calling Matt back up. Another thing to consider is the mortgage team that Matt works with. They got us the best rate (and we did shop around) and were such a pleasure to work with. Can't go wrong
