I've spent 20 years in Florida real estate, first in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, and now in St. Johns County where I live in Julington Creek Plantation. I work almost exclusively with buyers, and most of them are relocating or moving up into new construction in communities like RiverTown, SilverLeaf, Nocatee, and EverRange. My job is to represent the buyer, not the builder. That means lot selection, negotiating incentives, choosing a floor plan that will resell, and knowing which upgrades are worth it and which aren't. Matthew showed me homes
I was looking for a new place in Delray Beach close to the beach and Atlantic Ave. I contacted him to see a property and he had 4 more for me to look at as well once I met with him. His knowledge of the area was a huge help and he showed me a place that wasn't even on my radar - that ended up being where I am at now and I couldn't be happier! Matt has a very relaxed vibe about him and makes you feel comfortable right away.
