I was very impressed by Matts professionalism. He was constantly communicating with us and provided us with the appropriate guidance during the entire process. I was so pleased that we received and accepted an offer, a day after the house was placed on the market. Even during the escrow period (which coincided with the start of the COVID-19 pandemic) he was always communicating and keeping my sister and apprised of all that we needed to be made aware of.
