Matt is the best realtor ever! Need a realtor? Matt is the only one you need! We met Matt by randomly going by an open house (while we were just looking for fun). He was working that open house for another realtor - we said he was God-sent! Matt worked with us for almost 2 years while we looked at houses and then while we worked on financing (self employed income is a pain to verify) and finding the perfect house for the perfect price. Throughout the process he answered all of our questions, even the crazy ones. Matt talked to us about options at various stages over the entire time and we never felt like a burden to him. He is amazingly patient and very consistent and clear with his communication. He gave us great advice on who to use for all the various parts of buying a home and never left us wondering what to do next. The attorney he suggested was a great choice - super funny guy - and made the process smooth and painless! All thanks to Matt.
