Maureen helped me find my first home in 2012. It was a quaint starter home in Brookfield. She recognized both it’s potential and areas for improvement, and helped me to work with the sellers to purchase it for a good price. As a single person and a first time home buyer, the process was a little intimidating and Maureen helped me navigate it with shrewdness and humor. In 2018, after getting married and having my first child, Maureen helped me sell my starter home (in less than a day for asking price, no less) and picked out a new home that met all of our family needs. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect home than the one she found for us in La Grange Highlands. I am so grateful to Maureen for her help, and I am confident that we purchased a property that will appreciate in value. Maureen is attentive, patient and has a great sense of humor. Her personality made the whole process a delight.
