Kissimmee Property Mgmt- Moe Doyle Realty Your Letter * It is a shame that the referenced company continues to possibly place unsuspecting tenants is units with others that have not been vetted and possible make them liable for additional costs, expose the unit owner/renter to extreme liability as the documentation more often than not is entirely suspect. I speak from personal experience as having spent months tracking a rogue tenant (known to Moe Realty) who left financial bills to others and then refuse to return security funds for damages incurred by the rogue and acknowledged by Moe Realty. My intervention resulted in a threat of harassment form this tenant for doing the work that was the responsibility of Moe Realty. An absolute shame that this type of activity is allowed to flourish is Club Cortile in Kissimmee.

An absolute disgrace in business /facility management. Extremely poor communication and untrustworthy. Months later I am still dealing with legal issues resulting in Rod's illegal placement of a tenant and subjecting others to undue costs and all they do is lie about. Any positive reviews have to be from family/friends - PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM MOE REALTY
