  • Maureen listed and sold my home

Absolute confidence in Maureen’s sales & marketing strategies. She explained them quickly and easily — better than the other two agents I interviewed. She was at my door ready to work in less than 24 hours. My condo sold the first week it was listed and I had two legitimate offers to choose from. Maureen also has a great sense of humor.

The worst experience we have ever had with a realtor. Very poor communication. Once she signed the contract with us, she disappeared. She sent someone else to do the open house and the inspections and was basically a no-show throughout the process. Trying to get guidance from her was like pulling teeth. It was very obvious she did not care. She answered our questions in short, terse texts that typically left us more confused. I had to push and push her to even have a phone call about an offer we received. Our closing almost fell through because she didn't communicate properly about an item on the repair list. We found out on the day of closing that the buyer would have accepted an allowance for the repairs. She never told us this important fact and we went through 7 levels of hell scheduling the repairs in time for the closing. We ended up giving an allowance at the closing table anyway because she didn't manage one of the repair items properly. [she told us the buyer would accept a certain solution but she never even checked] The complete lack of communication and care during a very stressful time make this so much more stressful. Very disappointed.
