Mauricio rocks! I was lucky enough to get a referral to work with Mauricio by a lender with whom I was working. She recommended Mauricio because I was looking for a condo in downtown Seattle and she felt that Mauricio had his finger on the pulse of the downtown area. Wow, was she right! I was already working with three other realtors. But, as soon as I started working with Mauricio, I quickly abandoned the others. Mauricio's knowledge of the local market and expertise in putting together an offer that would actually get accepted in this ultra-competitive market was evident immediately. Mauricio helped me identify a property that fit my requirements quickly and provided indispensable insights into the subtleties of preparing an offer in this fast-paced market. I had submitted several offers for other properties through the other realtors I had been working with: none of them were accepted.The offer that Mauricio helped me prepare, which had several important differences from the recent offers I had submitted, was accepted! I was thrilled because I was on a very tight timeline. Mauricio took the time to understand my needs and was very responsive, upbeat, optimistic, and quite frankly fun to work with throughout the process. After working with Mauricio for about two months during the process from initial property showings to the closing of the deal, I now consider Mauricio to be a trusted advisor and a new friend in my new hometown. Mauricio has been absolutely wonderful in the process of buying a new construction condo. He really took the time to get to know us personally so that he could guide us in the best direction for us. He is honest, knowledgeable, and and so personable. He was able to negotiate with the builder for certain terms that we requested and and has been so patient with our ever changing decisions. The builder, listing agent, and mortgage broker all expressed to me personally how much they loved their dealings with Mauricio. I would highly recommend Mauricio to anyone I know.

Working with Mauricio Kremer was above my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Starting with Mauricio, he was very friendly and took time to search and suggested his opinions which were helpful. He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated.Mauricio was open to meet me late in the evening to see different properties, attended at inspections or was open to give me ride whenever I needed to see a house. Every time, we wanted to go forward with a house, he put together an offer within a few hours with the changes which would increase my chance.
