Would recommend Max to anybody looking to buy or sell a home. As first time home buyers he helped us navigate the market, figure out what we were looking for, and make sure we were making a good investment at the same time. He walked us through the whole process and answered all of our constant questions, and only showed us houses that check almost all of our boxes. He was there with us every step of the way and went above and beyond what I would expect of any agent. Even after closing he has provided us with excellent recommendations as we got settled into our new home. Max is the best!

Max and Brian went above and beyond for us while on the hunt for our first house. We were challenging clients being that we were living 4 hours away and trying to buy in CT. Brian and Max went to a TON of houses for us, sent us thorough house videos, pros, cons and insightful tips about each home. This is the second time we have worked with Max. He helped us purchase our first home in 2016 and we did not hesitate using him again in 2022. Max understood our wants and needs, and helped balance expectations with the reality of our budget; we appreciate his honest approach and never found him saying simply what we wanted to hear. It was another amazing experience; Max worked with us steadily over almost 18 months and was patient until we found an amazing home (which we were able to negotiate down to $1.62mm or almost 10% below list). Then, on the other side, Max quickly helped us list our existing home, take photos, and sell within a 10 day period (it sold for 8% over list with 10 offers). We could not regard Max more highly.

Max helped us in the sale of our condo. As a first time seller we really appreciated how he went above and beyond to explain the process and guide us along the way. He brought in a professional photographer to take amazing pictures and advised us on how to rearrange our unit to best present the space. With Max's help we had multiple offers over asking price in the span of a couple days. I would gladly use Max again and recommend him to family and friends.

Max was incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable. Moving to CT for the first time from the city, he was able to explain the nuances of each neighborhood. He saved me from purchasing a house with an oil tank in the ground that the owner wasnt even aware of. I didnt realize how important it would be to have a good agent as a buyer until I worked with him. When we finally found a house for us, I felt confident that he helped us negotiate the right price. He responded to my texts at any and every time of day. He truly cares about his clients and has the expertise to find them the perfect home at the right price. We loved working with Max!!! We moved to Stamford 7 years ago and Max went above and beyond to help us understand the neighborhoods and the market. We decided not to buy at that time but when we were ready a few months ago I knew we were going to use Max!He knows real estate very well and was able to tell us what houses would be worth with upgrades and if we were to rent it. Max worked really hard to get us this house with some challenging sellers. He did a ton of negotiating (I think we went back and forth 4 times) Some things came up during inspection and we were able to negotiate again.We just in moved into our new home and Max shared all of his local contacts with us for the upcoming construction projects we have!!!

Max is the best of the best!
