He explained what each part of the contract meant and how it would impact me. This helped me to make an educated decision. 3. Max was amazing to work with! I was a first time homebuyer and knew nothing about the process and he walked me through it every step of the way, was so patient and willing to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood everything/was comfortable with everything. He was available and communicative all the way through the process, which I very much appreciated. He also connected me with great people for the inspection, mortgage lender, etc. He never pressures to buy and wants you to find what is a good fit for you but will also give a realistic picture of the housing market/options.
