Maxine was absolutely amazing to work with! We bought our house while living in another state during such a crazy real estate market but Maxine made the process so easy and took away all the anxiety. She was proactive about getting information from sellers' agents and always kept us up to date throughout each day so we were never left in the dark. She was also able to make great recommendations for contractors. She is also just really enjoyable to work with! It's obvious from her work that she genuinely cares about her clients and making their wishes come true. Maxine will be the first person we call next time we're ready to buy or sell!

Excellent experience. Unlike many other people in sales, Maxine was SO low-pressure and took as much time as needed with me to make sure I found a home I really wanted in my price range. Never once were any high-pressure sales tactics used on me, which was a HUGE relief compared to other realtors I've worked with for past homes. It was almost a year of talking with her before I even made the decision to buy a home, and she never once pushed me to make a decision before I was ready. Throughout the whole process, it felt like she was a friend with a lot of real estate knowledge giving me advice. Even now, beyond the sale itself, she still stays in contact and helps me with decorating decisions and different ways to make my new house fit my personality.

Selling the home you love is hard. Add to that health issues and a sudden across-the-country move and the potential for high stress is huge. Maxine and her team removed all stress relating to the sale, and I do mean all of it. Every concern that popped up was always promptly addressed by her or her team and every question patiently answered (and I had a ton of them). Maxine took care of every detail along the way and expedited the process wherever she could. The house was under contract within days of listing and closed quickly. I can't imagine selling a home without her. I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone buying or selling a home. 5 + stars!
